Computing Capacity. If Buyer, in connection with the operation of any of its businesses, increases its use of Seller’s and its Affiliates’ CPU and network systems and such increased use contributes to the need for Seller to purchase additional computing capacity, Buyer will reimburse Seller for the costs of obtaining such additional computing capacity; provided, however, that Seller will notify Buyer in advance of the purchase of such additional capacity to allow Buyer to respond and possibly discontinue or reduce its use of certain of Seller’s systems prior to such purchase of additional computing capacity.
