Computer Records. The Depositor shall maintain its computer systems relating to contract record keeping so that, from and after the time of sale of any Receivable under this Agreement, the Depositor’s master computer records (including any backup archives) that refer to a Receivable shall indicate clearly the interest of the Issuing Entity (or assignees).
