COMPUTER PURCHASE PROGRAM. The Employer agrees to provide a Computer Purchase Program for all permanent Employees of the Chatham-Kent Children’s Service. At the beginning of each fiscal year the Employer will predetermine the amount of funds available for the express purpose of Employees purchasing computers for their private use. All purchases will be by payroll advance and reimbursement will be deducted from that Employees pay at a predetermined amount per pay for up to twenty-six (26) pay periods. Each Employee is free to select the computer and other options they so choose, however, the total maximum allowable amount through the payroll advance process is $2500 per Employee.
