COMPUTER PRINTOUT. The Board agrees to furnish the FOPE with a report of all bargaining unit employees, at a charge not to exceed that authorized by Florida Statute 119.07: The information identified on a report shall be the following: first name, last name, home address (permanent address), city, state, zip code, personnel/employee number, home telephone, eligibility date, position title, work location, organizational unit, bargaining unit code, birth date, pay grade, level, annual salary, calendar, and work schedule. Such information shall be sent via electronic format on a quarterly basis to the FOPE.
