COMPUTER PERIPHERALS PLAN Sample Clauses

The COMPUTER PERIPHERALS PLAN clause outlines the requirements and procedures related to the provision, maintenance, or management of computer peripherals such as printers, scanners, and external drives. Typically, this clause specifies which party is responsible for supplying these devices, how they should be maintained or replaced, and any standards or compatibility requirements that must be met. By clearly defining these responsibilities, the clause helps prevent disputes over equipment provision and ensures that all necessary peripherals are available and functional to support the primary computer systems.
