Computer Lines, Wire or Cabling. Tenant shall be solely responsible for the installation of Tenant’s computer lines, wires and cabling. Prior to such installation, Tenant shall remove any and all existing computer lines, wire or cabling in the Premises. Such installation shall comply with all governmental regulations.
