Common use of Computer Information Clause in Contracts

Computer Information. The computer diskette, computer tape or other electronic transmission made available by the Seller to the Purchaser on each Funding Date is, as of the related Cutoff Date, complete and accurate and includes a description of the same Receivables described in Schedule A to the related Assignment.
