Common use of Computer Generated Records Clause in Contracts

Computer Generated Records. If the Contractor’s books and records have been generated from computerized data, the Contractor agrees to provide the Authority or its representative with extracts of the data files in a computer readable format on data disks, e-mail with attached files or suitable alternative computer data exchange formats. The Contractor shall not charge the Authority for retrieving, downloading to diskette, and/or printing any records or transactions stored in magnetic, optical, microform or other media.
