Common use of Computer Files Clause in Contracts

Computer Files. At its own cost and expense, retain the ledger used by it as a master record of the Obligors and retain copies of all documents relating to each Obligor as custodian and agent for the Company and other Persons with interests in the Purchased Receivables and ▇▇▇▇ the computer tape or other physical records of the Purchased Receivables to the effect that interests in the Purchased Receivables existing with respect to the Obligors listed thereon have been sold to the Company and that the Company has sold an interest therein and, subsidiarily, has granted a security interest therein.
