Computer Configuration. Users may NOT load software on laboratory computers nor attempt to change the system configuration in any way. Computer Access During any regularly scheduled class period, computer access will be given first to the students enrolled in that class. When no regularly scheduled class is in session, computer access will be given first to students using software packages only available on Engineering Department laboratory computers.

Color printouts of the screen layouts will be provided for review and comment prior to more detailed development. Deliverables: ● SCADA HMI screen printouts Basis of Estimate: Task 6 HMI Tagging and PLC Programming Once the I/O database has been developed and populated with project bid document and vendor submittal data; and HMI screen shots have been reviewed, MSE will begin the process of tagging the HMI screens and developing control logic programming. MSE will prepare a overview of the basic layout, function and control strategy for the control logic for review and comment of the Engineer prior to control program development. MSE understands and acknowledges the importance of continued coordination with the Engineer during control logic development to ensure that control strategy objectives are fully met. The I/O database and HMI screen layouts will be updated as final equipment details are provided by the ESI subcontractor and various equipment vendors. Deliverables: ● M340 layout, function and strategy overview. ● Meet with HDR and owner to flush out Functional Control descriptions within the Bid specifications. ● Fully commented and annotated application program Basis of Estimate: ● Per bid specs and drawings Task 7 Installation Support bid The Instrumentation Contractor will be responsible for installation of Instrumentation equipment. However, MSE will provide support during installation as requested.   • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.

  • AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION The guarantees defined in Paragraphs 2 and 3 below (the “Guarantees”) are applicable to the A321 Aircraft as described in the A321 Standard Specification ***** as amended by the following SCNs:

  • Computer Software The Grantee certifies that it has appropriate systems and controls in place to ensure that state funds will not be used in the performance of this Grant Agreement for the acquisition, operation, or maintenance of computer software in violation of copyright laws.

  • Server Software Subject to the terms and conditions of this XXXX, Vocera grants you the non-exclusive right to (i) install and run (“Use”) the Server Software on computer systems (each, a “Server Computer”) located at End User’s Facilities in the geographic territory designated above (“Territory”); (ii) to Use the Client Software in conjunction with Authorized Client Devices and such Server Computers; and (iii) for pilot licenses for certain Software provided on a trial basis, use such Software for the limited term specified by Vocera in writing.   • Architecture The Private Improvements shall have architectural features, detailing, and design elements in accordance with the Project Schematic Drawings. All accessory screening walls or fences, if necessary, shall use similar primary material, color, and detailing as on the Private Improvements.

  • Functionality Customer is entitled to additional functionality previously purchased or bundled with the software if available in the version or update released on or after the start date of the Agreement. Customer acknowledges that certain functionality in current and previous software versions may not be available in future upgrades. Added functionality may require additional paid services (clinical and technical) to configure and support.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Service Specification The Parties have agreed upon the scope and specification of the Services provided under this Service Agreement in the Service Specification.

  • Service Description The Parties will provide Common Channel Signaling (CCS) to one another via Signaling System 7 (SS7) network Interconnection, in accordance with prevailing industry standards. Use of a third party provider of SS7 trunks is permitted.

  • Evaluation Software If the Software is an evaluation version or is provided to You for evaluation purposes, then, unless otherwise approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor, Your license to use the Software is limited solely for internal evaluation purposes in non-production use and in accordance with the terms of the evaluation offering under which You received the Software, and expires 90 days from installation (or such other period as may be indicated within the Software). Upon expiration of the evaluation period, You must discontinue use of the Software, return to an original state any actions performed by the Software, and delete the Software entirely from Your system and You may not download the Software again unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor.
