Compute Sizing and Design Structure of Debt Issue. The Consultant shall work with the District's staff bond counsel and other professionals of the District to design a financing structure for each debt issue relating to the Project that is consistent with the District's objectives, that coordinates each transaction with outstanding issues and that reflects current conditions in the capital markets.
