Common use of Computation Period Clause in Contracts

Computation Period. The computation period for purposes of determining Years of Service and Breaks in Service for purposes of computing a Participant's nonforfeitable right to his or her account balance derived from Employer contributions shall be the Plan Year. In the event a former Participant with no vested interest in his or her Employer contribution account requalifies for participation in the Plan after incurring a Break in Service, such Participant shall be credited for vesting with all pre-break and post-break Service.
