Computation of Time Periods; Construction. (a) Unless otherwise indicated, each reference in this Agreement to a specific time of day is a reference to Eastern Standard Time or Eastern Daylight Time, as applicable. In the computation of periods of time under this Agreement, any period of a specified number of days or months shall be computed by including the first day or month occurring during such period and excluding the last such day or month. Unless the context requires otherwise, in the case of a period of time “from” a specified date “to” or “until” a later specified date, the word “from” means “from and including” and the words “to” and “until” each means “to but excluding”.
