Computation of Interest and Fees; When Interest Due and Payable. Interest accruing on the outstanding principal balance of the Advances and fees hereunder outstanding from time to time shall be computed on the basis of actual number of days elapsed in a year of 360 days. Interest shall be payable in arrears on the first day of each month and on the Termination Date (each an “Interest Payment Date”), or if any such day is not a Banking Day, on the next succeeding Banking Day. If an Interest Payment Date is not a Banking Day, payment shall be made on the next succeeding Banking Day. Interest accruing on each LIBOR Advance shall be due and payable on the last day of the applicable Interest Period; provided, however, for Interest Periods that are longer than one month, interest shall nevertheless be due and payable monthly on the last day of each month, and on the last day of the Interest Period.
