COMPUTATION AND PAYMENT DATES. The Rebate Requirement, net of the Computation Date Credit, must be computed by the Company as of each Installment Computation Date and as of the Final Computation Date. Rebate installments of an amount which, when added to the future value of all previous rebate payments made with respect to the Bond, equals at least 90 percent of the Rebate Requirement, must be paid by the Company on behalf of the Authority no later than the date 60 days after each Installment Computation Date.
