Comprehensive Plans. Corrections or modifications to the School District’s Five-Year Capital Facilities Work Program concerning costs, revenue sources, or acceptance of facilities pursuant to dedications, may be accomplished by ordinance, and shall not be deemed an amendment to the comprehensive plan. A copy of the ordinance shall be transmitted to the State of Florida Department of Community Affairs.
