Composition Appointment. The Members hereby establish an executive committee (the “Executive Committee”) to aid in the day-to-day management of the Company as provided in this Section 5.2. The names and addresses of the initial Executive Committee members are set forth on Exhibit C. The Members shall amend Exhibit C from time to time to reflect any approved changes thereto. The Executive Committee shall consist of four (4) persons. Each of the Members will appoint two (2) persons to the Executive Committee, one as the voting member and one as an alternate voting member (i.e., only votes in the absence of the initial voting member).
