Composite Leave Clause Samples

The Composite Leave clause defines a policy that combines various types of employee leave—such as annual, sick, and personal leave—into a single, unified leave entitlement. Under this arrangement, employees are granted a total number of leave days that they can use for any qualifying purpose, rather than having separate allocations for each leave type. This approach simplifies leave management for both employers and employees, offering greater flexibility and reducing administrative complexity by eliminating the need to track multiple leave categories.
