COMPLIANCE WITH U. S. ANTI-CORRUPTION REGULATIONS‌ Subcontractor represents and warrants that it shall comply fully with the anti-bribery provisions of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, as amended (“FCPA”), as well as the a) UN Convention against Corruption (UNCAC), b) OECD Convention on the Bribery of Foreign Public Officials (OECD Convention); and c) any other applicable local anti-corruption laws, rules, and regulations if any part of this subcontract will be performed outside of the United States of America.
