Common use of Compliance with the Licence Clause in Contracts

Compliance with the Licence. 7.1 Nothing herein shall be construed as requiring or permitting the performance of any acts, which are inconsistent with the terms of the Licence. If any term or provision of this Agreement shall be found to be inconsistent with the terms of the Licence, such term or provision shall be null and void but the validity, legality or enforceability of the other terms or provisions shall not be affected thereby.
