Compliance with the Employ American Workers Act. The Company shall, and the Company shall take all necessary action to ensure that the Company Subsidiaries, as applicable, shall, comply in all respects with the provisions of the Employ American Workers Act (Section 1611 of Division A, Title XVI of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (P.L. 111-5)), as in effect from time to time.
