In selling, installing and maintaining DIRECTV Equipment and/or other parts of the DIRECTV SMATV System, DSI MSO Dealer shall comply with all applicable DIRECTV Equipment manufacturers’ policies as set forth by such DIRECTV Equipment manufacturers.
