COMPLIANCE WITH STATUTES AND REGULATIONS. a. CONTRACTOR will comply with all Federal, State and local statues, laws, rules, regulations, codes, and ordinances, (Laws) effective at the inception of the Contract and that become effective during the Term of this Contract relating to its performance under this Contract. To the extent that Laws are in conflict with provisions of this Contract, the Laws prevail. CONTRACTOR will also provide services under the Contract in accordance with the resolutions, policies, procedures, directives and guidelines issued by the COUNTY Board of Supervisors or the Social Services Agency.
