Common use of Compliance with SBE Program Clause in Contracts

Compliance with SBE Program. Contractor shall comply with the SBE provisions contained in Exhibit B attached to this Agreement and incorporated by reference as though fully set forth, including, but not limited to, achieving and maintaining the SBE goal set for the total dollar amount awarded for the services to be performed under this Agreement. Failure of Contractor to comply with any of these requirements shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement.
