COMPLIANCE WITH RULES OF GUESS. GUESS may promulgate, from time to time, rules and amendments thereto, relating to protection and use of the Trademarks and the IP Rights, and LICENSEE shall comply with all such rules and amendments. Such rules and amendments shall be reasonable and shall become effective upon receipt thereof by LICENSEE.
