Common use of Compliance with Project Requirements and Laws and Regulations Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Project Requirements and Laws and Regulations. The Project, the proposed and actual use thereof, the Development Work and the Construction Improvements when completed will comply with the Project Requirements and with the Laws and Regulations, and there is no action or proceeding pending or, to the knowledge of Borrower (after due inquiry), threatened before any court, quasi-judicial body or administrative agency at the time of any disbursement by Lender relating to the validity of the Loan or the proposed or actual use of the Project.

Compliance with Project Requirements and Laws and Regulations. The Project, the proposed and actual use thereof, and the Development Work and the Construction Improvements when completed will comply with the Project Requirements and with the Laws and Regulations, and there is no action or proceeding pending or, to the knowledge of Borrower (after due inquiry), threatened before any court, quasi-judicial body or administrative agency at the time of any disbursement by Lender relating to the validity of the Loan or the proposed or actual use of the Project.
