Common use of Compliance with Medicaid and Medicare Requirements Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Medicaid and Medicare Requirements. Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, make whatever improvements (capital or ordinary) as are required to conform the Leased Property to such standards as may, from time to time, be required by Federal Medicare (Title 18) or Medicaid (Title 19) skilled and/or intermediate care nursing programs, if applicable, or any other applicable programs or legislation, or capital improvements required by any other governmental agency having jurisdiction over the Leased Property as a condition of the continued operation of the Leased Property for the Primary Intended Use.

Compliance with Medicaid and Medicare Requirements. Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, make whatever improvements (capital or ordinary) as are required to conform each of the Collective Leased Property Properties to such standards as may, from time to time, be required by Federal Medicare (Title 18) or Medicaid (Title 19) skilled and/or intermediate care nursing ), to the extent Tenant is a participant in such programs, if applicable, or any other applicable programs or legislation, or capital improvements required by any other governmental agency having jurisdiction over the such Leased Property as a condition of the continued operation of the such Leased Property for the its Primary Intended Use.
