Common use of Compliance with Legal and Other Requirements Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Legal and Other Requirements. (a) The Lessee and the Leased Property and the ownership, construction, development, maintenance, management, repair, use, occupancy, possession and operation thereof comply with all applicable Legal Requirements and there is no claim of any violation thereof known to the Lessee. Without limiting the foregoing, the Lessee has obtained all Permits that are necessary or desirable to operate the Leased Property in accordance with its Primary Intended Use and all such Permits are in full force and effect.

Compliance with Legal and Other Requirements. (a) The Lessee and the Leased Property and the ownership, construction, development, maintenance, management, repair, use, occupancy, possession and operation thereof comply with all applicable Legal Requirements and there is no claim of any violation thereof known to the 58 59 Lessee which could have a material adverse effect on the Leased Property or the Lessee. Without limiting the foregoing, the Lessee is or will become the licensed operator of the Facility, the Lessee has obtained all Permits that are necessary or desirable to operate the the-Leased Property in accordance with its Primary Intended Use and the Other :permitted Uses, if any, and all such Permits are in full force and effect.
