Comply, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and orders, such compliance to include, without limitation, compliance with ERISA and Environmental Laws, except where the failure to do so, individually or in the aggregate, could not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

Comply, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and orders, such compliance to include, without limitation, compliance with applicable ERISA and Environmental Laws, except where the failure to do socomply with such laws, individually or in the aggregaterules, could regulations and orders would not be reasonably be expected likely to result in have a Material Adverse Effect.

Compliance with Laws, Etc. Comply, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and orders, such compliance to include, orders (including without limitation, compliance with limitation ERISA and Environmental Laws), except where the failure to do socomply could not, individually or in the aggregate, could not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

Comply, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to comply comply, with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and orders, such compliance to include, without limitation, include compliance with ERISA and applicable requirements of ERISA, Environmental Laws, HIPAA, Medicaid Regulations, HMO Regulations, Insurance Regulations and the Patriot Act, except where to the extent that failure to do socomply therewith could not, individually or in the aggregate, could not reasonably be expected to result in have a Material Adverse Effect.

Comply, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to comply comply, (x) with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and orders, such compliance to include, without limitation, compliance with ERISA and Environmental Laws, except where to the extent that the failure to do so, individually or in the aggregate, could so comply would not be reasonably be expected likely to result in have a Material Adverse Effect, (y) in all material respects, with all material Anti-Corruption Laws and (z) with all applicable Sanctions.
