Common use of Compliance with Laws and Sanctions Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Laws and Sanctions. (a) Each of the Obligors shall, and shall procure that each member of the Group will, comply in all respects with all laws and regulations and constitutional documents to which it and the Drilling Unit may be subject, where failure to do so, in the opinion of the Agent or the Required Majority, has or is reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect.
