Licensee shall secure and maintain in force all required licenses, permits, and certificates relating to the operation of each Licensee Tully’s Store and shall operate each such Store in full compliance with all applicable, material laws, ordinances, and regulations. Licensee agrees to refrain from any business or advertising practice which may be injurious to the business of Licensor and the goodwill associated with the Business Names and Trademarks and Tully’s Stores. Licensor and Licensee each agrees to refrain from any business or advertising practice which may be injurious to the business of Licensee and the goodwill associated with the Business Names and Trademarks and Tully’s Stores.
