Common use of Compliance with Law and Other Agreements Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Law and Other Agreements. Borrower and each Guarantor will maintain its business operations and property owned or used in connection therewith in material compliance with (a) all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances governing such business operations and the use and ownership of such property, including, but not limited to, any laws, regulations or ordinances relating to the generation, recycling, use, reuse, sale, storage, handling, transport, treatment or disposal of hazardous materials and (b) all agreements, licenses, franchises, indentures and mortgages to which Borrower or any Guarantor is a party or by which Borrower, any Guarantor or any of their properties is bound. Without limiting the foregoing, Borrower and each Guarantor will pay all of its indebtedness promptly in accordance with the terms thereof.
