Compliance with Law and Agreements. (A) Buyer is not in violation of any applicable law, statute, order, rule, or regulation promulgated or judgment entered by any Federal, state, or local governmental authority, which, individually or in the aggregate, would adversely affect Buyer's entering into or performance of its obligations under this Agreement; and (B) Seller's entering into and performance of its obligations under this Agreement will not give rise to any default under any agreement to which it is a party.
