Compliance with Government Rules, Etc. (a) The Borrower shall comply or cause compliance, in all material respects, with, and ensure that the Project is constructed, operated and maintained in compliance, in all material respects, with, all material Government Approvals and Government Rules applicable to the Development, including Environmental Laws.
