Compliance with FOIPPA. BC Hydro is subject to FOIPPA and, accordingly, in order for BC Hydro to comply with the requirements of FOIPPA, the Contractor will, prior to or at the same time as providing BC Hydro or Hydro’s Representative with copies of, or access to copies of, any records containing Personal Information of the Contractor’s or any Subcontractor’s employees, obtain and provide to Hydro’s Representative the written consent of each affected individual to the indirect collection of his or her Personal Information by BC Hydro, such consents to be in a form specified by BC Hydro.
