Compliance with Federal Law and Regulations. All goods and/or services furnished pursuant to this Agreement shall comply with the latest standards and regulations established by Federal law, and by Federal agencies such as the Department of Agriculture and the Department of the Interior. These requirements shall include, but not be limited to, weights, measures, fill of containers, drained weights, and contamination. All products provided under this Agreement will conform to standard guarantee requirements with respect to safety set forth in more detail in the commodity guaranty and indemnity agreement provision set forth below.
