COMPLIANCE WITH DIRECTIVES OF AUTHORITIES. Tenant shall, at his own cost and expense, promptly and fully comply with all regulations related to permitted uses. Tenant waives any claim against Landlord for any expense or damage resulting from compliance with any of the said rules, regulations, laws or orders.
