Compliance With Code Section Sample Clauses

The "Compliance with Code Section" clause requires parties to ensure that their actions or agreements adhere to specific provisions of a referenced legal code, such as the Internal Revenue Code or another statutory framework. In practice, this means that any activities, transactions, or obligations under the contract must be structured and performed in a way that does not violate the relevant legal requirements; for example, a contract might require compliance with tax regulations to maintain favorable tax treatment. The core function of this clause is to prevent legal or regulatory violations, thereby reducing the risk of penalties, fines, or invalidation of the agreement due to non-compliance.
