Compliance with and Enforcement of Transaction Documents. The Issuer hereby covenants and agrees to comply in all respects with the terms of, employ the procedures outlined in and enforce the obligations of the parties to all of the Transaction Documents to which the Issuer is a party, and take all such action to such end as may be from time to time reasonably requested by the Indenture Trustee, and/or the Majority Noteholders of all Outstanding Notes, maintain all such Transaction Documents in full force and effect and make to the parties thereto such reasonable demands and requests for information and reports or for action as the Issuer is entitled to make thereunder and as may be from time to time reasonably requested by the Indenture Trustee.
