Compliance with Agreement and Terms of Use. Client and Licensed Users’ use of the Platform must comply with this Agreement and the Snappet Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”), and as between Snappet and Client, Client is responsible for Licensed Users’ compliance therewith. Client will notify Snappet of any known Licensed User violations of the Terms of Use, and Client agrees to cooperate with Snappet in taking reasonable steps to remediate Licensed User violations. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Snappet reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any Licensed User in its sole discretion under the Terms of Use. Client shall ensure that all Client employees, contractors and agents shall, comply with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to the use of the Platform.
