Common use of Compliance Reporting Clause in Contracts

Compliance Reporting. Within thirty (30) days following the end of each calendar quarter, Seller shall provide Buyer information pertaining to emissions, fuel types, labor information, generation periods and any other information requested by Buyer to the extent required by Buyer to comply with the disclosure requirements contained under applicable law and any other such disclosure regulations which may be imposed upon Buyer during the Term, which information requirements will be provided to Seller by Buyer at least fifteen (15) days before the beginning of the calendar quarter for which the information is required. To the extent Buyer is subject to any other certification or compliance reporting requirement with respect to the Products produced by Seller and delivered to Buyer hereunder, Seller shall provide any information in its possession (or, if not in Seller’s possession, available to it and not reasonably available to Buyer) requested by Buyer to the extent required by Buyer to comply with any such reporting requirement.
