Compliance Documentation. Unless the Parties have agreed otherwise, Contractor shall, upon completion of the Services (i) deliver to Customer the documents attesting the performance of the Services in accordance with the relevant applicable Part 145 and/or Aviation Authority’s regulations and, if necessary, (ii) issue the relevant release documentation within 10 Business Days after the Redelivery of the Aircraft.
