COMPLIANCE - CODES. The Vendor {Contractor} must comply with NJUCC and the latest NEC70, B.O.C.A. Basic Building code, OSHA and all applicable codes for this requirement. The Vendor {Contractor} shall be responsible for securing and paying all necessary permits, where applicable.
