Compliance by Agents Sample Clauses
The 'Compliance by Agents' clause requires that any agents, representatives, or subcontractors engaged by a party must adhere to the same obligations and standards set forth in the main agreement. In practice, this means that if a company hires a third party to perform services or act on its behalf, that third party must comply with all relevant contractual terms, such as confidentiality, data protection, or regulatory requirements. This clause ensures that the contracting party remains responsible for the actions of its agents, thereby preventing loopholes where obligations could be circumvented by delegating tasks to others.
Compliance by Agents. The Operator must ensure that each of its agents selling or offering to sell Tickets on the Operator’s behalf complies with this Clause 11.
