Common use of Completion Tests Clause in Contracts

Completion Tests. 14.1.1 At least 30 (thirty) days prior to the likely completion of the Hospital or any part thereof (Phase-I and/or Phase-II and/or any Additional Capacity developed by the Concessionaire in its own discretion, as the case may be), the Concessionaire shall notify the Independent Engineer and the Monitoring Agency of its intent to subject the Hospital or any part thereof to Completion Tests. The date and time of each Test shall be determined by the Independent Engineer and the Monitoring Agency in consultation with the Concessionaire, and notified to the Authority who may designate its representative to witness the Completion Tests. For the avoidance of any doubt, the Independent Engineer and the Monitoring Agency may separately conduct the relevant Completion Tests. The Concessionaire shall provide such assistance as the Independent Engineer and the Monitoring Agency may reasonably require for conducting the Completion Tests. In the event that of the Concessionaire, the Independent Engineer and the Monitoring Agency failing to mutually agree on the dates for conducting the Completion Tests, the Concessionaire shall fix the dates by not less than 7 (seven) days' notice to the Independent Engineer and the Monitoring Agency.
