Completion Reserve Amount Clause Samples

Completion Reserve Amount. Take all action on its part to insure that the Completion Reserve Amount with respect to a Qualifying Picture shall have been reserved from the Total Commitments at all times; including, without limitation, depositing cash into the Collection Account (or providing some other manner of credit support which is acceptable to the Administrative Agent) when and as necessary in accordance with Section 2.18(e) or any other provision herein.

Completion Reserve Amount. Concurrently with the transactions contemplated on the Final Capital Contribution Date, the Completion Reserve Account shall have been funded such that the balance on deposit therein (together with any Acceptable Guaranty or Acceptable Letter of Credit standing exclusively to the credit thereof) is equal to the Completion Reserve Amount.
