Completion of Project and Provision of Moneys Therefor. The Borrower covenants and agrees (i) to exercise its best efforts in accordance with prudent environmental infrastructure utility practice to complete the Project and to accomplish such completion on or before the estimated Project completion date set forth in Exhibit G hereto and made a part hereof; (ii) to comply with the terms and provisions contained in Exhibit G hereto; and (iii) to provide from its own fiscal resources all moneys, in excess of the total amount of loan proceeds it receives under the Loan and Fund Loan, required to complete the Project.

The Governmental Agency covenants and agrees to exercise its best efforts in accordance with prudent wastewater utility practice to complete the Project and to provide from the Pledged Property or other sources available to it all moneys, in excess of the total amount of loan proceeds it receives under the Loan, required to complete the Project.

The Municipality covenants and agrees (i) to exercise its best efforts in accordance with prudent utility practice to complete the Project and to so accomplish such completion on or before the estimated Project completion date; and (ii) to provide from its own fiscal resources all moneys in excess of the total amount of the Loan required to complete the Project.

(2) to provide from its own financial resources all moneys, in excess of the total amount of proceeds it receives under the Loan, required to complete the Project.
