COMPLETION OF AGREEMENT. This document comprises the entire Agreement between District and Association on matters within the lawful scope of negotiations. The District shall have no further obligation to meet and negotiate, during the term of this Agreement, on any subject whether or not said subject is covered by this Agreement except as set forth in Article XXVII “Term and Reopener Provision”.
