Common use of Completed Loan Request Clause in Contracts

Completed Loan Request. A notice of (a) a request for a Revolving Credit Loan, (b) a request for an Incremental Term Loan, (c) a conversion of Loans from one Type to another, or (d) a continuation of Term Rate Committed Loans, pursuant to §2.5, which shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit B or such other form as may be approved by the Agent (including any form on an electronic platform or electronic transmission system as shall be approved by the Agent), appropriately completed and signed by an Authorized Officer.

Completed Loan Request. A notice of (a) a request for a Revolving Credit Loan, (b) a request for an Incremental Term Loan, (c) a conversion of Loans from one Type to another, or (d) a continuation of Eurocurrency Term Rate Committed Loans, pursuant to §2.5, which shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit B or such other form as may be approved by the Agent (including any form on an electronic platform or electronic transmission system as shall be approved by the Agent), appropriately completed and signed by an Authorized Officer.
