COMPLETE VEHICLE. The vehicle is warranted and guaranteed to be free from defects for a minimum of Thirty-six (36) months or one hundred thousand (100,000) miles, whichever comes first, beginning on the date of acceptance of each vehicle. During this warranty period, the vehicle shall maintain its structural and functional integrity. The warranty is based on regular operation of the vehicle under the operating conditions prevailing in the purchaser's locale.
